Muş İli Şeker Pancarı Üretiminin Box-Jenkins (ARMA) Modeli İle Tahmini

Muş ilinde nüfusun yaklaşık %60'ı kırsal kesimde yaşamakta olup ekonomik faaliyetleri tarım ve hayvancılığa dayanmaktadır. Tarımsal faaliyetlerden biri olan şeker pancarı ili çevresi için büyük önem arz etmektedir. üretiminde Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde önemli paya sahip ilk 10 ilden olmasının yanı sıra TRB2 en fazla üretime ildir. İlde pancarının tarımsal bir ürün yanında işlenip sanayide hayvancılıkta ara malı olarak kullanılması, istihdamı arttırması, göçü engellemesi, toprak verimini arttırarak üretimde sürdürülebilirliği sağlaması gibi nedenler pancarına talebi arttırmıştır. Artan karşılamak yeni politikalar geliştirmek üretiminin gelecekte nasıl seyir izleyeceği bölge taşımaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı 1982-2021 dönemi verilenden hareketle gelecek beş yıldaki seyrini Box-Jenkins (ARMA) modeli ile tahmin etmektir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda 2022-2026 döneminde azalacağı öngörülmüştür. Bu kapsamda arttırılmasına yönelik üzerinde durulmuş öneriler sunulmuştur.
